Typical response time: within 24–48 hours

Didn’t receive SMS code: confirm your phone number, check signal, and try again after 60 seconds.
Location not working: enable Location Services and allow location access while using the app.
Notifications: enable notifications in Settings to receive trip updates.
Ride issues: include your ride date/time and pickup area so we can locate it quickly.

To request deletion of your account and associated data, email us at sales@lemallah.com with the subject: “Data Deletion Request”.

Please send the request from the phone number/email used in the app so we can verify ownership.

Location is used to help you book and track rides while using the app (foreground use), and to save places like Home/Work when you choose to.
